Bengaluru: To nourish, save and prolong in children the hobby of reading books, Gouswarga chaturmasya awardee and educationist Smt. Dr. Sharada Jayagovind donated 163 books worth 25 thousand rupees to Shree Bharathi Vidyalaya at Hampinagar.
Dr. Sharada Jayagovind, contributor of such excellent books to the school, also a member of the governing council of school has called upon the students to increase their horizon of knowledge by reading these books.
Vice-Principal Sri Harish Kumar honoured Dr. Sharada Jayagovind by presenting a letter of thanks on behalf of the school.
During this occasion, Dr. Sharada Jayagovind provided the staff of Shree Bharathi Vidyalaya with information pertaining to the topic of Quality Management. She also spoke about effective techniques of teaching through various activities. All the teachers of the school attended the workshop.
