Mangaluru – Unique way of celebrating children’s day by performing pooja to their parents was seen at Nanturu highschool of Shree Bharathi group of institutions.
Tenth standard students performed padapuja to their parents as a part of children’s day celebration in the Shankarashree auditorium of the school.
The guest of honour Sri Keshava Bhat Diwana addressed the gathering by stating that parents are Gods whom we can visualise. Their blessings are the means to achieve success in our life. We have to serve them by caring for them in their old age.
The administrator of the institution Sri K. Shankar Bhat, principal Smt. Vidya Bhat, professors, teachers and students participated in the function.
