Honourable High Court of Karnataka has ordered a stay on the investigation of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Raghaveshwara Bharati Mahaswamiji, Sri RamachandrapuraMatha, with respect to the unnatural death of Sri Shyama Shastri.
Sri Sri Raghaveshwara Bharati Mahaswamiji has been made an accused in this case despite there being no evidence against him. Honourable High Court admitted a writ petition filed questioning this and passed an order of stay against further proceedings in the matter.
Honourable High Court has granted this
stay after hearing the spirited opposition by the additional advocate general of the government opposing the admission of the writ filed by Sri Sri. This order from the honourable court has strengthened the argument that there is no stuff in the accusations against Sri Sri.
