Bengaluru: The Annual Programme was celebrated at Shree Bharathi Vidyalaya in Hampinagar with the divine blessings of SriSamsthana.
The programme was conducted according to the traditions of SriMatha, beginning with Guruvandana. The programme continued with various cultural performances following the theme of the year ‘Indian Festivals’.
Dance, drama, shloka, songs were rendered by students from standard 3 to 10. Lamps were lighted on stage in the presence of the portrait of SriSamsthana.
Mourning for martyred warriors:
The school honoured the soldiers who were martyred in the terror attack in Pulwama, Kashmir. At the end of the program, students paid tribute to the soldiers with a pyramid show.
Sri Pramod Pandit, Secretary of the Vidya Vibhaga of Sri RamachandrapuraMatha, senior and retired scientist of ISRO, Sri P. J. Bhat, Professor Dr. Parameshwara Pandit were present during the occasion.
