Protection of cattles transpoted to slaughter house. It is requested that donors to contribute liberally for supply of feeds to these animals

Bangalore: In the city’s chikkajala police outpost, near Ramagiri cicle the police have seized two trucks bearing cattles to slaughter house.

 

It is being said these cattles are being transported from Ranibennur of Haveri district to Bengaluru. The night beat police have seized cattles meant for Bagepalli market for sale and then to slaughter house.

 

The station authorities of Chikkajala out post have registered the case and till settlement of the case, the cattles are being kept in Kolar’s Maloor Shree Raghavendra Gou Ashrama. These cattles are being taken care by supplying water and fodder. Out of these, eight cattles appear to have become weak after long transpotation and possibility of suvival appears to be doubtful.

 

All cattles are being treated in the presence of veterinary doctors. Therefore the funds are required for their maintanance. Donors can either offer the feeds to gou ashram directly or help through funds.

 

The funds can be deposited to the account of Shree Raghavendra Gou Ashrama.
