Valedictory function of Samskritotsava held at Shree Bharathi Vidyalaya

Bengaluru: A week long programme, Samskritotsava held at Shree Bharathi Vidyalaya saw it’s successful completion. This programme was held to increase the thirst for Sanskrit knowledge and to provide a congenial environment for its learning.

 

The valedictory function kick-started with guruvandana and by lighting the lamp. The programme included prize distribution to winners of various competitions.

 

Smt. Sharada Jayagovind, a senior member of the school’s trust was present during the function .The president of the school, Sri Gopalakrishna Hegde, sectretary Sri Pramod Pandit, associate secretary Sri Govindaraj Korikkar, senior scientist Sri P. J. Bhat addressed the students about the importance of Sanskrit. Students conducted the entire programme. The programme ended with shantimantra.
