Court has issued a restraining order against Abhirama Hedge, from giving any derogatory and defamatory statements against Jagadguru Shankaracharya Mahasamsthana- SriSamsthana Gokarna- Sriramachandrapura Matha and Jagadguru Shankaracharya SriSri Raghaveshwara Bharathi Mahaswamiji in any media, social media or in any other manner.
The above mentioned person has been making false and defamatory statements against SriMatha and SriSri using social media and news media. Having perused the documents pertaining to this, City Civil Court at Bangalore was pleased to pass a restraining order as provided in the statutes to protect the constitutional rights of SriMatha and SriSri.
