As directed by Sri Jagadguru Raghaweshawara Bharathi, the programmes were conducted by upadivantha mandali. Also a veriety of dharmika events were held. For those bhakthas who arrived there the Amruthaanna division arranged for food facilities, along with Sri samsthana holy Shivananda Saraswathi , and gowdapadacharya of kavale matta worshiped auspicious moment of shivarathri the Aathmalinga of Mahabaleshwara temple.
