Kanugodu: Kanugodu Valayotsava was celebrated with grandeur in Sri Ramachandrapura Mandala. Mahamandala’s Smt. Rukmavati inaugurated the programme during the morning session. More than 110 people participated in all competitions including singing of traditional songs, coconut decoration and flower garland making. There was a good response from the participants in all competitions. In the evening, Mahamandala’s women division head Smt. Kalpana Talavata spoke after honouring the achievers. She congratulated Kanugodu valaya for joining hands with the Mandala through such programmes.
