Munjungavu: Shree Bharathi Vidyapeetha had a very special and unique celebration of children’s day on November 14th in Mujungavu.
On children’s day, to unravel the myriad talents of children, pick and speak along with pick and act competitions were conducted. Children enthusiastically spoke or enacted as per their chits which they picked.
Later in the function, the administrator of the school, Sri Shyam Bhat Darbemarga addressed the gathering and spoke about the importance of children’s day and the all-round development of a child.
The programme ended with distribution of sweets and pencils to each child. Smt. Swathi, a teacher welcomed the guests, while another teacher Smt. Vijaya gave the introductory speech. Sri Hariprasad was the master of ceremony. The prayer was sung by Kum. Krithika and group, while Kum. Kshama, a teacher concluded by thanking everyone.
