The work of SriBharathi educational institution, provides opportunities to showcase the talents of the students along with giving education having moral values is highly appreciable. The honourable president ladies wing of Yakshadhruva Patla Foundation, Smt Arathi Alwa told that a healthy society can be created by instilling education with moral values.
On Tuesday, she spoke on the occasion of inauguration of the SriBharathi degree college’s cultural organisation Kalabharathi and the logo of the same in the ShankaraSri auditorium of Sri Bharathi group of institutions, Nantooru, Mangalore.
The principal of the college, Sri Prof. A. Jeevandas presiding over the function addressed the gathering. The cultural programme build confidence in the students. Failures and success are a part of life. The students need to move forward by knowing that failures are the stepping stones for success.
The guest of honour, Sri M.T Bhat, the office secretary of SriBharathi group of institutions spoke about the activities required for the all round development of the students. Our instituion hold such proframmes with the foresight of the students well being.
Vice principal and students counsellor, Sri Gangaratna Muguli, logo designer Sri Sundar and Sri Sumanth, the art teachers were present for the programme. There was a talents show by second year BCom and BSc students. It was judged by Smt Arathi R Alwa, Sri Gangaratna Muguli and commerce professor Sri Ashok. S.
Commerce professor and the organiser of Kalabharathi Sri Praveena P spoke about today’s education being only academic in nature. Academics along with general knowledge equips the student to face life once they come out. The students need to completely involvd themselves.
