The President of the Yakshagana academy Sri M. A. Hegde started the programme by offering Pushpanjali. The President of the Mahasabha Dr. Giridhar Kaje was the President of the programme.
Yakshagana thinker Sri Huklamakki Sripada Hegde spoke about Nebbooru Bhagavat and offered the ‘Pushpanjali’.
Sudhakirana Adhikashreni, Bharathi Hegde paid respect by Kavyanjali, Sri Ananth Pathak paid respect through Gaananjali. Hanajibail Brothers offered Naatyanjali through yakshagana.
Executive editor of Prajavani Sri Ravindra Bhat Ainakai and famous interpreter Sri Mohan Bhaskara Hegde offered Bhaavanjali by sharing their experiences with Nebbooru Bhagavat and his closeness to yakshagana.
Coordinator Sri Sadanand Hegde Hanajibail organised the programme and gave an introductory speech. Mahasabha’s Vice President Sri Sridhara Bhat Kekkar, chief secretary Sri Venu Vignesh Sampa, secretary Sri Prashanth Bhat, treasurer Sri Krishna Murthy Bhat and many other coordinators and hundreds of yakshaabhimaanis witnessed the programme and paid their respects.
